As we grow, we’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure creative projects and search marketing retainers are delivered smoothly and successfully. In this role, you’ll partner with our sales director, content manager, SEO strategist, PPC strategist, web director, graphic designer, and contractors to oversee both ongoing monthly initiatives and one-time projects from start to finish.

About the Role
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing and Creative Account Manager to serve as our clients’ primary strategic partner, advocate, and trusted advisor. He or she is responsible for the success of client engagements across digital marketing, website design and development, branding, and graphic design initiatives. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing digital marketing, website, and creative design projects and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
This role serves as the central bridge between clients and our internal team of specialists — including SEO and ad strategists, web developers, designers, and content experts — ensuring that projects and ongoing marketing efforts are aligned with client goals, delivered on time, and executed to a high standard.
Account Managers develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, growth objectives, and challenges. They translate client needs into clear internal action plans, oversee execution from kickoff through completion, and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, expand services, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across SEO, PPC, website, branding, and graphic design projects

Lead onboarding for new clients and projects (websites, branding, retainers)

Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple service lines

Translate client feedback into actionable direction for designers, developers, and strategists

Oversee website projects (WordPress builds, revisions, launches, and maintenance)

Manage branding and graphic design projects (logos, brand kits, marketing collateral)

Review deliverables for alignment with client goals before client presentation

Coordinate internal SMEs (SEO, design, dev, PPC) to ensure cohesive execution

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client growth goals

Provide strategic recommendations beyond one service area (holistic marketing mindset)

Monitor campaign and project performance and communicate insights clearly

Maintain accurate documentation in ClickUp and internal systems

Lead recurring client calls, reporting, and status updates

Proactively manage scope, timelines, and client expectations
Essential Skills

Experience Required

3–5+ years in an agency account management or client success role

Experience managing multi-service marketing clients (SEO, web, branding, or design preferred)

Experience managing WordPress website projects strongly preferred

Familiarity with digital marketing reporting and analytics

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment (strongly preferred)
